There was brilliant sunshine and a great atmosphere as groups from various local and national charities came together to walk twice around the historic setting of Valentine’s Park in Ilford.

The a final note of thanks goes to Themba, who was unable to make the start of the walk. He didn’t want to disappoint parishioners who had sponsored him, so he started the walk after everyone had finished and walked the distance on his own!

We would like to thank all our walkers and their sponsors for supporting the work of CAFOD.
