Sacred Heart Sixth Form are Pope for a Day

As a follow up to the Papal visit, CAFOD was invited to join the sixth form RE day to run two workshops, one looking at human flourishing where we discussed what it means to “live life to the full” and the second workshop, where the girls could be Pope for a Day and say how they would address the big issues that concern the world today, such as Climate Change, Conflict, Consumerism and Human Rights.

The day closed with Mass celebrated by Fr Dan Mason, Chaplain to the Brentwood Catholic Youth Service.
