Wet, wet, wet for the Lee Valley Bike Ride!

For the last few years the annual CAFOD bike ride has been blessed with good weather but the 2011 ride was WET, WET, WET.

However this didn’t dampen anyone’s enthusiasm, with over 100 cyclists enjoying the 10 mile cycle from Cheshunt through Lee Valley Park and along the tow path to Broxbourne with a further 60 cyclists taking the longer route starting from Ponders End.

Thanks go to everyone who took part, including the leaders and stewards, Nick, Ed,Mark, Tom, and John from the Brentwood Diocese and to those that braved not only wet but cold weather to support CAFOD – here is just a taster of some of the photos taken.
